Caring for the Caregivers: Nurturing Early Childhood Staff Wellness
ECE Teachers are facing many issues today including low pay and lack of benefits, difficulty paying for required coursework, lack of sick leave or vacation time, and a high-stress environment. In this training, participants will explore various ideas to help improve stress levels including relaxation techniques, classroom management, developing partnerships, and how administrative teams can support staff.

Wonderful Boys: Engaging Boys in Early Childhood Settings
Young boys represent 54% of the preschool population but 79% of children that are suspended. Understanding the unique needs of boys and how to adapt to the learning environment are just some of the ideas that will be explored. Participants will use this information to create an environment that supports these active learners.

Diversity is Not a Dirty Word: Building Anti-Bias Classrooms
Exceptional early childhood programs recognize the importance of supporting the needs of every child and family they serve. In a world where many "isms" are negatively impacting children and families, the early childhood program needs to be a place of belonging and support. This training will help participants understand the different ways that people are marginalized and how having an anti-bias program can help children feel good about their identity and empathetic to the identities of other people.

I Am Moving, I Am Learning
I Am Moving, I Am Learning is a nationally recognized training designed to support professionals to improve the quantity and quality of physical activity in their early childhood program. In this physically active training, participants learn, practice, and plan experiences designed to increase structured physical activity through music and movement.
